Its nose : this wine has a lovely viscosity and tears beautifully in the glass. The initial aromas offer a light note of vanilla and a gentle spiciness, including white pepper. These aromas are complemented by notes of dark red fruit. The combination of these aromas creates a wonderfully pleasant and balanced nose that will appeal to all lovers of spicy and fruity wines.

Cuvée des Pyrénées Rouge 2021
A juicy, structured, and versatile red wine that reflects the richness of the La Martine estate. Aromas of dark red fruit and sweet spices attest to the diversity of the terroir. All the grapes used for this wine—Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Malbec—ferment separately in stainless steel tanks. The Merlot is blended with the Malbec, while the Cabernet Franc and Syrah continue their maturation in 600-liter French oak barrels for further development.
