This rosé charms with its pale colour and salmon-hued reflections, along with fresh aromas of white fruits, particularly pear, complemented by a hint of raspberry. On the palate, its lightness and balance make it a perfect wine for moments of relaxation or summer dining, offering a simple yet elegant experience.
This rosé, an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Haute Vallée de l’Aude wine, is made from 85% Merlot and 15% Syrah. After gentle pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks.
